*Please note, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from claybibsandbooties.com if you purchased your Clay products from another retailer, please contact them for their return policies.

USA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be returned for an exchange only for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be unworn and packaged in their original packaging, packaging must not be damaged or worn. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

CANADA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be returned for an exchange only for up to 45 days from the purchase date. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging, packaging must not be damaged or worn. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Due to the progressed shipping times, there is a $10 restocking fee on all returned or exchanged items from Canada. The restocking fee will be added to your return and shipping invoice and paid before item (s) reship.

All Canadian exchanges must first be authorized by our customer service team. Please contact us at claybibsandbooties@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

All purchases made outside of the United States and Canada are final!
